Returns & Exchanges

ANY items(s) purchased that you don't love may be exchanged or returned. 

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same fabulous condition that you received it.

2. Timeframe: within 30 Days of Purchase
The 30-day timeframe starts from the date your order ships. Merchandise may be refunded in the original form and amount of payment for the returned merchandise.

3. Final Sale Items: Unfortunately, some items are just too special to be exchanged. If an item is marked as "final sale" on our website, it means it's yours to keep. So, be sure to double-check the product details before adding it to your cart.

For hygiene reason, bodysuits, corsets, bras and panties are not returnable.

Refund & Exchange Process

For your security and peace of mind, we highly recommend returning items via registered post, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and processed accordingly. Please allow up to 28 days for your return or exchange to be completed.

If you're requesting an exchange, we’ll gladly cover the delivery cost of your replacement item.

Should you wish to exchange for a different product or color with a price difference, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item. For assistance, feel free to contact our Customer Service team.

All refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please note that shipping and gift-wrapping charges are non-refundable.
