Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you do not receive this within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our Customer Service Team via the Contact Us page.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If you would like your order to be delivered to a different address, please email us immediately after placing your order so we can update the details accordingly.
Please note that we are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been shipped. No refunds will be issued if the courier company is unable to deliver due to an incorrect or invalid address.
What happens if my parcel can’t be delivered or I miss the pickup?
As the recipient, you are responsible for any additional charges resulting from parcels returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect or incomplete address details, or uncollected items from the delivery center. Standard shipping fees will apply for any parcels that need to be re-sent.
To avoid delays, please ensure your delivery address and mobile number are accurate—so your dreamy sleepwear reach you without a hitch!
Do I need to pay any handling fees, duties, or taxes?
Prices listed in our online store do not include any applicable international customs duties, clearance fees, handling charges, or other import-related costs. These additional charges, which vary depending on the value of your order, will be payable separately and are not included in the product price.
You may be subject to duties, taxes, or other surcharges imposed by your country’s customs authorities, as well as handling or storage fees charged by the courier (if applicable). All such charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
In some cases, the courier may contact you to provide official documentation—such as a tax invoice or proof of payment—to assist with customs clearance.
Please note that gifts are also subject to standard import procedures and may be taxed if their value exceeds the local threshold set by the destination country’s customs regulations.
