Order Tracking

You can stay updated on the status of your order in two ways:

Track Your Order
Visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number and email address to view the latest status.
My Account
Log in to My Account to review your order history and track your purchase.

Tracking Updates

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear after you receive your Shipment Confirmation email. As your package travels between carrier locations, there may occasionally be a short delay between scans. This will not affect your estimated delivery time.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM MYT (Monday – Friday) are typically processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MYT will be processed on the next business day.

Orders placed during the weekend or public holidays will be processed on the next business day (Monday).

Please note that weekend delivery is not available.

International Shipping

Worldwide Delivery

We offer straightforward flat-rate worldwide shipping for your convenience.

Asia: AUD 6 flat rate
Oceania (Australia & New Zealand): AUD 8 flat rate
Europe and all other countries: AUD 10 flat rate

A flat-rate shipping fee in AUD applies to all international orders with a merchandise value of AUD 120 and below.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

  • Asia: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

Prices listed in our online store do not include international customs duties, clearance fees, handling charges, or other import-related costs.

Depending on your country’s customs regulations, you may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or other surcharges when your parcel arrives. Additional handling or storage fees may also be charged by the courier, if applicable. All such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

In some cases, the courier may contact you to request documentation such as a tax invoice or proof of payment to assist with customs clearance.

Please note that gift shipments are also subject to standard import procedures and may be taxed if their value exceeds the customs threshold set by the destination country.

Additional Shipping Information

Delivery estimates are based on two factors: order processing time and transit time.

In-stock items will be shipped once the item is prepared, payment is successfully approved, and the shipping address has been verified. Depending on the time your order is submitted, processing may begin on the following business day.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing times may be slightly longer than usual.

Musesheep will select the most efficient shipping method based on your delivery address.

Shipping charges will be calculated and applied at checkout when your order is placed.
